Hi!
I am not a fan of CT but I do appreciate and acknowledge her vocals. And my ears can accept her melodies, crisp & soothing & melancholic. I observe that you are possessed about CT, her photos, her songs.... Her lyrics are mainly stories from the heart, about love, feelings, emotions, sentiments etc. Psychologically you must have gone through a life experience similar to those described in the songs. As you said it "layan" je perasan asal kan bahagia. Adious. (RF)

Hi Z,
I 1st heard CT's voice when she was competing in the Nescafe Classic Song Contest. Factually she was the last singer and I didnt get to hear the other singers. I didnt also watch CT's face. But the moment the MC mentioned that "itulah peserta kita yang terakhir..." I was betting that this girl would definitely win becoz of her crisp voice and clear vocal even though I could not compare with the others. When the results were announced my guess was perfectly correct. Yet I did not see her face even when the results were announced, just listening from a distance while doing some other things. I must have bionic ears eh haha.

Still waiting for your next article after a long time. You haven't completed your life journey's episode yet. Have a nice day. (RF-rosn2000@hotmail.com)

Assalamu`alaikum Zulaikha,

I'm not a fan of Siti and don't think that I will ever be. Let say that her voice and songs are just not my cup of tea. So, tak boleh layan....hahahaha. Anyway, I've enjoyed reading "As I was passing" by Adibah Amin too. That one I can layan...

Hi Z,

As I was passing, I saw this comment. Mak Aji is not a fan of CT either so it seems u wont have our company for any CT concerts. Well CT's song is not Mak Aji's cup of tea, I wonder if Mak Aji will layan a cup of cuppucino instead. For me sometimes I do layan some of her songs but I don't actually think she's lovely, it's just the make-do lah. But for all her fans out there, including Z, just layan ur emotion. Adieu. (RF)

W/salam to mak aji. I guess we are both from a diff era. Perhaps mak aji would layan more of the 70's & 80's (or 60's maybe) which would always be my nostalgia during my teenage years. As for siti, i grew older and wiser during her era (hehe!) and my children likes her too.

Anyway, thanks for dropping by mak aji.

Yup Z,
U hv scribble ur holiday breakaway for d year 2006. Wonder if u r going to pen another one for 2007/2008 eh? Ya we all may be from different era, i.e u r from the a-go-go age, mak aji may be from d space-age, but the beauty about songs r that they transcend across age barriers. I still enjoy all the oldies and newbies as long as my ears can bear hahaha. yeah the new hijrah may take u to a new level of writing something in ur blog not only sentimentally touching but emotionally comforting. hopefully any dissatisfactions in our previous life can be look upon in a different positive outlook. dont worry i wont give up on u but i nearly was looking at the next blog in town hohoho.
